SAFARI KK
Let yourself be guided with our house specialty, Safari KK, and take a flavorful trip. It is a dish consisting of pieces of Genelogy, marinated analyzed beef, goat or chicken cooked on the grill over an open flame. Spiced up with a combination of Somalian spices it comes with steamed basmati rice and a vinaigrette refreshing salad. The Safari KK is not only food; it is an interface that is concerned with the concept of a safari.

Take a bite of the classic Somali dish Rice and Beef dish, which serves as staple food in every home. The flavors in the dish are quite deep intense beef is cooked with tomatoes and onions, and the spices used to prepare it include cumin, coriander and cardamom among others. As a combination to our soft and golden RIce cooked in broth and infused with the right herbs this dish makes a very fulfilling meal that could warm ones tummy.
Ugali & Spinach
Taste the wholesome, hearty Ugali & Spinach – which has a universal popularity within the Eastern African region. Soft and heavy ugali is accompanied by sautéed spinach in onions and garlic garnished with a tinge of chili. This vegetarian delight is not only tasty but is enjoyed with origins that are organically wholesome of our agricultural region.
Rice & Beef Stew
Experience the richness in taste in the Rice & Beef Stew that we offer. Delicate pieces of beef are stewed with a tasty meaty broth that is seasoned with tomatoes, onions, carrots and a range of spices. Piled on a plate with steamed rice below and the stew poured over the rice such that the grains are soaked in the sauce. It looks more like a casserole, but it is quite comforting, it can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or supper.
